Brakes Failed Problems of Infiniti M35

I was on an exit ramp going 25-30 mph. I attempted to stop and I had total brake failure. The brakes "locked" and did not stop the car at all. It was a freezing cold day and there was a "dusting of snow" on a few sections of the road. The car is an awd vehicle. I avoided crashing into numerous other vehicles by driving off road onto the grass.
