Other Fuel System Tank Assembly problems of the 2003 Infiniti M45

Tl- the contact owns a 2003 Infiniti M45. The contact stated that while operating the vehicle the fuel gauge would indicate the fuel tank was full at all times. The vehicle run out of fuel due to the failure. The cause of the failure was not determined. The local dealer bennett Infiniti(1060 PA-315 wilkes barre PA) was notified of the failure. The vehicle was not contact indicated that the fuel gauge had previously been repaired but the failure had reoccurred. The failure mileage was 159,000. Jft.

This is the second time that the gas gauge has malfunction first was a few years ago while car was under warranty. I remember it was a Sunday and I was on my way home from church with my sons. I was driving about 40mph when car stalled. This time I was on I 95 when the car stalled. Both times the gauge read that the car had a half full tank. I have no had it repaired as of yet.
