Suspension problem #1

While driving at 55 mph, I was changing lanes, and there was a piece of metal in the road. I applied the brakes to slow down. The car abruptly pulled to right and and ran into the curb on the right hand side of the road. I applied the brakes again. This caused the car to fly to the left and hit the median 2 lanes over, sending me into a 360 spin out, once again hitting the right side of the road with front of my car, and ending up with the rear end hitting the median again with the rear of the car bringing it to a stop. Thank god, all of the cars around me saw what was happening, and braked to stop and let my car do its thing until it stopped. The engine was still running. I put the car in drive. . . . Clunk. . . . I see where there is a flat tire warning on dashboard. . . . At this time, I'm not sure how many. It's 5 oclock traffic in houston and I'm only 1 mile from my house. The transmission is still working in reverse and drive with extreme clunks and horrible noises coming from back passenger tire well area. I cleared the road, as I was the only one in the accident, and no one else was hurt. I drove the car home without looking at damage. Damage: has to be some front end steering part damage from hitting curb twice with front end. Dent in front passenger fender. I suspect broken axle, as driver rear wheel is at an angle. Passenger rear wheel rim is cracked and missing pieces in several places. The strut and spring is destroyed, as flat tire is rubbing tire well. Some damage to fender area. Scraped back bumper. As I said, when the car is put in gear, there is a huge clank, but the transmission and engine kept on ticking. I am 56 years old. I have zero traffic accidents and have been driving since I was 15. I have never had a car that I lost control of. Never. Car will be towed to Nissan dealership tomorrow for inspection. My neck and back are sore.

Suspension problem #2

When braking the car pulls either direction hard also weaves side to side when driving at any speed or if u hit a bump the steering wheel yanks hard to the side. Also when stopped with car n drive and foot on brakes the car will surge forward hard like its going togo on its own.

Suspension problem #3

This car cannot keep a straight line on any road. I have had all four tires replaced, all four wheels replaced, five tire alignments/balances done to no avail. This has caused severe danger when driving on both one and two lane roads, as the car will suddenly move into other lanes. Has caused another car to go off the road to avoid my car hitting theirs causing damage and injury to that person. I, as well as other complainants on here, have been told that Infiniti is aware that there is a defect in the steering rack but is not authorizing dealers to repair or replace under warranty. This issue effects all Infiniti m35s and M45s from 2006-2010. Class action lawsuit is in progress.

Suspension problem #4

Vehicle's steering wheel jerks out of no where. It also sways back and fourth while braking at times. The vehicle vibrates/shakes at speeds over 70mph. The Infiniti dealership (plano, TX) stated the problems were due to a warped rotor, which is another issue with Infiniti vehicles, so I resurfaced the rotors and within 6mths (under or around 5,000 miles) had to replace them. After I replaced the rotors crest Infiniti stated the problem was then the tires so I replaced the tires and the problem continued. Afterwards they said it was the rims, I had the rims inspected and any defective rim either replaced or repaired. Within two month I replaced all four rims and tires. None of these solutions fixed the vibrating or jerky steering so I had alignments and road force balances performed on the car. Car still vibrates at speeds of 70mph or higher, far worse at speeds of 75-80mph or higher. This is a well known safety hazard with the 2006 m35/m45 Infiniti!! the vehicle also has problems starting. I replaced the battery two months ago and it continues to struggle to start if it does start. The vehicle doesn't even have 35,000 miles on it and none of the safety hazards have been fixed!.
