Car pulls too right or left whenever it feels like it. Can not keep the car in the lane when it happens. Car is in perfect alignment new tires no loose or worn suspension parts. The car only has 34,000 miles. Note this does not happen while braking and there is no certain road surfaces that affect it. Have been and master ase certified tech working in the field for over 40 years. And the only description in my experience would be a rack and pinion control issue.
