1999 infinity q-45 wheels have a casting defect that develops cracks when the vehicle is driven. The wheels are the same as the 2000 Q45 which was recalled (03v-098). The consumer contacted the manufacturer but since the vehicle was over 100000 miles they refused to provide assistance.
Car has recalled wheels, but car itself in not on recall list. Manufacturer refused to replace wheels.
