Front Air Bag Problems of Infiniti Q45

Front seat passenger - 5'9" sitting all the way back with seat belt on. Lifted left arm up just before front end crash impact and suffered a bad fracture requiring surgery and pin placement to left distal radius (forearm bone near wrist on thumb side). 1998 infinity Q45.

On three separate occasions my vehicle had a signal indicating air bag failure. The vehicle has been at the dealer three times in which on three separate occasions they claimed to have rebuilt the airbags. I phoned the manufacturer to ask them for warranties that first the air bags have been reparied properly for the last time and that if the vehicle should be in an accident, that the air bags would deploy properly. The manufacturer refuses to give this warranty ,and refuses to honor any claims.

Due to medical reasons, consumer wants to disconnect the air bags in his vehicle. Has eye problems and is afraid that air bag deployment could lead to blindness.
