My "2002" Infiniti automobile model Q45 was rear ended by another auto while traveling through an interstate construction zone. My car was moving at the time and I was driving. The force of the collision broke either my seat back or its electric operating assembly to the extent that the seat back collapsed rearward and as a result I was barely able to reach the brake pedal in order to bring the car under control and stop. This could have made what turned out to be major accident a catastrophic one simply because of an inferior designed seat.
