The top of my drivers side heated seat got so hot it melted the leather without the heated button even being pushed in the on position.
My drivers seat just stopped moving back and forward it got stuck in the back position while I was driving as I was adjusting the seat no warnings of any sort I took it back to the dealership I was told its a known issue but Infiniti has yet to recall.
Driver seat assembly malfunction. Joint in the seat frame is poorly constructed and became bent. The driver and passenger seat vibrates when on driving, perhaps improper mounting. The structural integrity is compromised. The driver seat moves forward about a few degrees when braking hard. Seat is not properly hinged down. Dealer refuses to address issue due to warranty excuses and claims mechanical issues not covered.
