The vehicle was taken to the dealer Infiniti of bayside, queens, NY, 718-819-8400, and was referred to the tire manufacturer 800-321-2136. The manufacturer offered a pro-rated reimbursement for one tire only. The vehicle manufacturer was contacted 800-662-6200 and referred the contact back to the dealer. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was about 17,000.

The contact owns a 2014 Infiniti Q50 equipped with dunlop tubeless tires, size: p245/40r19 (na). While driving approximately 25 mph, the front passenger side tire deflated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who diagnosed that the tire separated from the rim. The tire was replaced; however, the failure recurred on five other occasions for each of the other tires. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The approximate vehicle and tire failure mileage was 2,000.
