The contact owns a 1997 Infiniti Qx4. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, he started to hear a loud noise on the driver side. The vehicle was then inspected by a dealer who informed him that the front left shock tower had completely rusted due to corrosion. The failure mileage was approximately 90,000.
