One problem related to speed control linkage has been reported for the 1998 Infiniti QX4. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Gas pedal does not go down when pressure is applied. It suddenly accelerates when depressed with more force. Something is stuck in the linkage. Dealer (jeff) acknowledges that this is a common problem with this model vehicle.
