Consumer stated O2 sensor was causing check engine light to come on and stay on. This has been going on for the last 6 months. Consumer took the vehicle to the mechanic, and was subjected to having a wiring harness installed. Consumer had that done, but it did not solve the problem. They were talking about another $1200. 00 to repair something else.
While parked with engine off vehicle caught on fire. Fire was extinguished by the fire department. Fire department determined that fire started in the engine with cause undetermined. Vehicle was not drivable.
The vehicle experienced a sudden loss of control while driving under normal driving conditions resulting in the vehicle hitting a curb and then a wall which caused damage to the front bumper, passenger side of vehicle and the tire punctured. Nlm.
