One problem related to sway bar has been reported for the 1999 Infiniti QX4. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
1999 Infiniti Qx4. Consumer requests reimbursement due to the loss of value of vehicle due to severe rust damage the consumer stated one day, while her husband was driving, he felt a vibration and heard a knocking noise from the left front of the vehicle. He took the vehicle to the dealer and they diganosed the problem as a sway bar issue, worn ball joints and problems with the strut tower housing rusting out. The consumer stated she received two recall notices regarding the strut tower hosing after the vehicle was traded.
