The contact owns a 2000 Infiniti Qx4. The contact was changing a flat tire and noticed that the jack was too high to fit underneath the vehicle once the tire flattened. He attempted to jack the vehicle at another point and confirmed that the vehicle could not be raised high enough to change the tire. The failure mileage was 160,000 and current mileage was 170,000.
