1999 infinity Qx4 left rear wheel separated from vehicle. The vehicle's left rear quarter panel was scuffed and the left rear tire/rim was damaged (ohio traffic crash report). The tires had been rotated 30 days prior to the incident. The dealer accepted responsibility for the incident when they saw pictures of the damaged area. The vehicle was repaired at no charge.
