The contact owns a 2013 Infiniti Qx56. While driving 30 mph, the contact heard a loud noise and the vehicle shook. The following day, the contact noticed that the rear of the vehicle was sagging. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who diagnosed that the suspension air bag on the rear driver's side of the vehicle exploded and needed to be replaced. The contact was advised to take the vehicle back to the dealer. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 84,000.
