Side/window Air Bag problems of the 2016 Infiniti QX60

Tl the contact owns a 2016 Infiniti Qx60. The contact called from the bluffton south carolina fire department. While driving at an unknown speed, the vehicle crashed into a deer. Moments later, flames were present near the b post on the driver's side of the vehicle. The fire department extinguished the fire and determined that the flames were either caused by the window motor or the side air bags. The driver sustained a left shoulder injury that required medical attention. The vehicle was towed and a police report was not filed.
