Sun/moon Roof Assembly problems of the 2016 Infiniti QX60

The contact owns a 2016 Infiniti Qx60. The contact stated that while the vehicle was parked outside, she noticed there was water seeping through the sunroof and leaking into the floor of the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where it was diagnosed that the sunroof's drain tubes needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and informed the contact that the failure was an environmental issue. The failure mileage was approximately 70,000.
