The contact owns a 2017 Infiniti Qx60. The contact stated that he placed his grandson in the vehicle and the rear passenger’s side door shut closed. The contact attempted to open the door however, the door failed to open. The contact attempted to unlock the door by depressing the unlock button however, the door would not open. The contact also attempted to open the door from the inside of the vehicle and the door would not open. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and the mechanic stated that the door lock actuator was defective. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted, and a voicemail message was left. The failure mileage was 76,000.
