Seatbelt strap is fraying / tearing on 3 seatbelts and one of them has completely torn. The driver side seat belt clamp won't disengage preventing it from being sized. Infiniti has denied my warranty claim and stated that I somehow damaged it. I think it is a quality issue and should be honored as a warranty item.

The seat belt pretensioner did not tighten and the contact almost sustained a head injury.
