Brake Fluid Leak problems of the 2017 Infiniti QX60

The following recall was issued: �a brake fluid leak on the circuit board may result in an electrical short, increasing the risk of a fire. Nissan north America, inc. (Nissan) is recalling certain 2015-2017 Nissan murano, 2016-2017 Nissan maxima, 2017-2018 Nissan pathfinder, and 2017 Infiniti Qx60 vehicles� I took my car in to the dealer for the recall, the work was completed however 1 month later the car lost all its brake fluid, we had to have the car towed to the dealership. Upon inspection it was discovered that the recall was corrected with a defective part. The recall problem which was supposedly fixed was corrected with a defective part which caused an extremely dangerous driving situation. Our teenage daughter was driving at the time when all the warning lights went one. Obviously this recall was not corrected and if Infiniti believes it was, they are wrong. How can a defective part be used for a recall?.
