Blind Spot Detection problem #1

As the vehicles drive it will intermittently lose power. This is continuous problem ever since 2 weeks after I purchased the vehicle. The power loss can last for 1 sec or most recently up to about 3 to 4 secs. The other day I had to pull over after the vehicle lost power and wait two minutes before starting back on the drive. When it loses power, the power steering goes out and if approaching a turn and/or a decent curve in the road, that can be very hazardous. I believe this is a huge safety concern and many people have experienced the same malfunctions.

Blind Spot Detection problem #2

About a year ago, I was driving about 80 mph and the dash lights and radio just died, then within seconds everything came back on. It only happened that one time. The other day, I was on a busy highway headed home when my battery light came on. I just replaced both the alternator and battery less than a year ago. I started inching over to the left land (just in case) when the car just died and I had to coast to a stop in the middle of the highway with my 3 kids!!! the police came and I was able to start the car and pull it on the shoulder, then a tow truck came and dropped it off at Infiniti. They had my car for 2 days and couldn't find anything and they told me to come and pick it up. Within 30 minutes of me picking it up, it did the same thing so I took it right back to Infiniti and dropped it off. Today, they called me and it was finally doing what I said it was doing. Battery light, electrical cuts off and car just dies.

Blind Spot Detection problem #3

Warning light came on saying that the lane departure warning and forward were not working. Another message said "unavailable high cabin temperature". After further investigation 2 of the 3 advanced navigation aids were flashing which means they may not be working correctly. In reality 1; the lane departure warning and functions stopped working. 2; cruise control was working. 3; vehicle to vehicle distance control or aeb (automatic emergency braking) seemed to work. I did not feel comfortable fully testing this last mode out. I did not want to accidently crash into the vehicle in front of me. 4. The blind spot stopped working. 5. The tsr (traffic sign recognition) seemed to stop working also. We have pictures and a video of the issues on the instrument cluster if needed. We were driving from del CA to our home in mesa az. First part of the trip del Mar to yuma az was fine. We stopped for lunch in yuma az for like an hour. Outside temperature was like 109. No issues when we continued on toward glia bend az. We stopped in gila bend az for a quick break. My safety was put at risk on my last quarter of my drive between gila bend az to my home in mesa az. I could no longer rely on the lane departure, intelligent lane intervention and blind spot detection/intervention etc. . . We took our 2023 infinity Qx60 to coulter infinity mesa to have the vehicle checked out on 8/3/24. No issue found. I even notified them that after understanding that the air was due to the cabin temperature, that I set my side of the vehicle to the lo setting which is 60 degrees. My wife already had her side of the car to like 68 degrees. When we got home I opened the hood almost immediately to check (feel) the ac units lines. They were both the same temperature as the outdoor air. Like 110. If there is technology that would allow these cameras to operate at above the 104 degrees stared in technical service bulletin itb22-035 dated October 10, 2022, I feel a recall is in order. Thank you.

Blind Spot Detection problem #4

I was driving to work and then the vehicle stopped working once I reached a red light. It would not start and had a burning smell with smoke coming out. I had to call the police which they deemed undrivable and not safe. The car said battery but upon inspection it was a starter and possible belt problem. I've only had this car for less than three months and did an initial inspection where everything was deemed good. Now the car has not shown any problems and had an oil change for basic militance. I had no indications what so ever. It is currently being inspected by the dealer but I have heard back. I do know however, the towing company had tried to turn it back on and it was unsuccessful in both attempts. They had to forcefully tow the car which left tire marks.

Blind Spot Detection problem #5

My car rolls back and forward, more than normal, after parking and putting the park into park and lifting foot off the break. It rolls back so fast that it knocked my mother forward and it knocked my daughter to the ground. So, when I put the car in park and I release the break is when it rolls back far enough to become a safety concern. The car also lurches forward when applying the gas pedal from a stoped position which is a safety hazard because it could potentially hit another car in front of me. Lastly, the car has a major hesitation from a slower speed into a higher speed which has been an hazard because if a car is coming up fast behind me I can’t pick up speed fast enough to avoid collision. It always happens getting off a ramp and driving onto a state road that has a speed limit of 70mph. The car is currently being serviced for the 3rd time since February but they told me that they can’t fix it because the Infiniti service department doesn’t have “codes” for the 2023 yet and that if it were a 2022 then they could fix it right away.

Blind Spot Detection problem #6

My vehicle only 67k miles and wheel bearing already bad, replace 2 weeks ago and hmm noise get worsen without warning light, diagnosed from Infiniti dealer saying that transfer case costing $6400 to repair, and not allowing to drive, I can't afford to fix and need vehicle to work. Please help me to file complaint, thank you.
