The contact states that the ta violated the 10 hour rule. The contact states he arrived at 11:00am at the ta and after 4-6 hours of sleep they told him to leave because they needed the space for the football game ,as well as, trying to charge him for his stay at the ta. The contact states that he spoke to the manager of the ta and the manager stated that it was the city of nashville that was having all the trucks removed from the ta stop.
