One problem related to cruise control has been reported for the 2001 International 4700. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The contact owns a 2001 International 4700lp series box truck. While driving with the cruise control activated, the contact noticed that all the gauges on the instrument panel would stop functioning when the vehicle drove over a bump in the road. The odometer also did not indicate the amount of miles traveled. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealership but was offered no assistance. The current and failure mileages were unknown.
