One problem related to dash wiring has been reported for the 2001 International 4700. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The gauges and speedometer quit working on the dash of the 2001 International model 4700. So far there have been no consequences but I have been hearing that it is a hazardous occurence because of the possibility of a fire in the dashboard. Talking to other owners of International trucks they have all experienced the same thing, one with a fire occuring.
