Engine Cooling System problem

All of the 2006 International 7400 trucks with the dt 570 engine. That I have in my fleet(4) have blown the block heater out of the engine , dumping up 10 gallons of coolant on the roadway causing a big mess and slippery surface. The highest mileage truck I have is 10162. Mi one of the trucks has done it twice.
