One problem related to electrical system has been reported for the 2006 International CE. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Fuel thermostat on vt365 engine located on fuel filter assembly overheats, melting fuel thermostat casing. Fuel leaks past elements into casing and allows fuel under pressure to spray out the cracks and/or two small holes in external side of thermostat unit, covering engine with diesel fuel. Potential for engine fire. This was noted on two separate units.
