One problem related to gas recirculation valve (egr valve) has been reported for the 2011 International CE. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Smog control system is failing. Egr value fails, allow antifreeze to by pass the system. This results in using massive amounts of antifreeze going out the exhaust. Average cost to repair is $6500.
