2011 International pro star , unit 1 was traveling eastbound on the ohio turnpike in the right driving lane when rear passenger trailer tire came off the wheel hub. The mechanic failed to tighten the lug nuts on the trailer tires from the last tire service. (ohio traffic crash report # 10-0226-91).
