The contact stated that when the driver tried to turn the ignition off, the vehicle failed and the engine stalled. The failure recurred numerous times. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the turbo seal failed and pumped oil into the engine and caused the engine to fail. The vehicle was not repaired.
