Suspension problem #2

In the 1 1/2 years that I have owned my vehicle it has been int he shop 15 times for various reasons: electrical, transmission, front end problems, steering, accelerations etc. . . Jaguar has been dragging their feet for 4 months in rectifying problems. Consumer affiars is worthless and have accused me of "outgrowing" my car. Not concerned about their customers just doesn't want their car back.

Automatic Stability Control (asc) problem #3

The warning 'disc not available' displays intermittently on the display while driving. 'dsc' is the dynamic stability control function. Sometimes the park brake light comes on at the same time. When the park brake light comes on, the car must be immediately stopped and re-started. Re-starting the vehicle resets the messages. This problem is currently being worked on at the dealer. They are planning to replace the instrument cluster.
