The contact owns a 2005 Jaguar S-type. While driving 30 mph, the driver side air bag deployed. Two minutes later, the passenger side air bag deployed. The vehicle was taken to a dealer, but was not diagnosed or repaired. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failures. The approximate failure mileage was 60,000.
While driving a Jaguar rental car from hertz we were broad sided on the passenger side by a limousine running a red light. The force of the impact pushed our car into an SUV in the turn lane before our car landed on the median. The car was totaled. The airbag indicator light appeared in the panel, however, no front or side airbags deployed. Passenger sustained a head injury due to the accident, hitting the window and door frame during the collision. Why didn't the airbags deploy?.
