I purchased 4 new continental tires from chesapeake Jaguar in cockeysville MD. I have had problems with the tires several since day 1. I was in and out of the dealership at least 5 times within a month. Ron johnston told me not not come back and that chesapeake refused to service my car. He also advised that the tires were not perfectly round and that was the reason for the steering wheel shaking. It's now 11 months later and I've had no resolution to my problem.
The contact owns a 2005 Jaguar s type. The contact stated that in 2010, she purchased four continental conti pro contact tires as replacements, line 245/40/r18. The contact stated that the tires were constantly losing air pressure and she would have to put air in the tires consistently. The contact had been to the dealer six times in regards to the tire failure yet the dealer advised her that he could not assist and that she should not return again. The tire manufacturer was contacted and advised that she would have to return to the dealer for assistance. The vehicle manufacturer was then contacted but offered no assistance.
