Tune up does not last for more than 1 year. It is completely destroyed even when everything is replaced brand new. It is a huge fire hazard. Everything is cooked like a furnace. Mechanics are not willing to put the effort in doing tune ups and repairs. I do a tune up on the car once a year. I memorized every mechanical problem on that car, just so I can keep a sharp eye on all the problems.
On at least four occasions, and upon starting the vehicle, the engine, after 10 to 30 seconds, rapidly accelerates to 4,000 - 6,000 rpm. The only way to restrict the rapid acceleration is to shut the engine off with the ignition key.
