1 Tank Assembly problem

Failure Date: 06/01/2007

Went to gas up my 2002 Jaguar X-type 2. 5 when totally empty and gas shot back out and spilled all over the place. Tried three different gas stations with the same effect. Check engine light came on, indicating a problem with the gas tank. I can't gas my car and there is the safety hazard of gas shooting back out. Dealer won't cover it and there are no second hand parts or individual parts, have to replace whole gas tank and filler system costing me $1750.

Both drive shafts , fuel tank and sunroof were replaced, the sunroof malfunctioned-3 or more times, the blinkers and lights failed, tires blew out, air bag light remained on, the passenger front seat belt malfunction, trunk latch issues, heating and ac system had gone out, surge in engine on acceleration, rubbing noise in steering column, constant whining noise in engine, fuel gauge not working, odometer stopped working while on the freeway, no bright lights except when the car was shut off, interior lights remained on after the car was shut off, safety latch on console failed twice, burning smell from the engine 3 times.
