Brake Grinding Noise problems of the 2011 Jaguar XF

The contact owns a 2011 Jaguar Xf. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the brake pedal was engaged which emitted a loud constant squeaking and grinding noise outside of the vehicle. The failure occurred whenever the brake pedal was depressed. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer four times for the same defect. The technician informed the contact that the failure was caused by brake dust accumulation. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the problem.
