I received a safety recall notice from the manufacturer dated February 28, 2018. It states that parts for the remedy won't be available until March 31, 2019. Due to the severity of the recall I don't believe this is a "reasonable timeframe" for a fix. What are my options or rights as a consumer that is concerned with the safety of my family?.
