The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer four times. The technician was unable to locate the malfunction. The failure continued to occur. The manufacturer was notified of the problem. Vehicle was leased new. Vehicle stalls when going from reverse to drive and cooler engine temperatures. Dealer says that there is no remedy currently available. Dealer has also stated that Jaguar is aware of the problem but does not have a solution either. Car has less than 500 miles on it. At vehicle delivery, vehicle also had broken power seat track, flaw in headlight and a paint flaw in the trunk.
