The contact owned a 2011 Jaguar Xj. While driving on a wet road at 55 mph, the contact lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle fishtailed down the road into the guardrail cable. The front end of the vehicle was destroyed. The air bags did not deploy. The contact sustained head and rib injuries, which required medical attention. A police report was not filed.
