2012 Jaguar Xj. Consumer writes in regards to vehicle sunroof malfunction. The consumer stated the electronic shade wouldn't close all the way. It would close crooked, and there was a horrible creaking noise that came anytime, he traveled on an uneven pavement. The dealer adjusted, calibrated and lubricated the sunroof several times.

Driving down the interstate and the sunroof just shattered. I see that this has been a problem in the past but Jaguar say it wasn't a issue for my car. Nothing hit the sunroof. I remember driving over a particular segment in the interstate that has a dip and then it shattered.
