The vehicle failed to start and was towed to a certified mechanic who stated that the wiring in the engine needed to be replaced and water was entering the vehicle. The vehicle was not taken to a dealer or independent mechanic for diagnostic testing or repairs. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 15,483.
