This incident started in Nov. Of 2003 it is still ongoing as I write. I wish the incident date included continus. Even after my 60k tune up a week ago, the failure started again. Vehicle looses power on a down grade and I must pull over and start the car again. Also car holds back power and then without notice stops and then bucks forward. I have almost been hit from behind because the car stops with no tail lights to notify the driver behind me. Also I have almost hit the driver infront of me because the car jumps/learchs forward after "stopping". I no longer enjoy driving this car. I am scared to death I will injure or be injured by this problem! I will not purchase anohter jag until this problem is fixed by Ford. Please recall this vehicle!!!! please read jag owners chat rooms this problem is quite extensive!.
