Drivers side seat feels loose. Upon starting and stopping, the seat "rocks" forward and backward and seems to feel unsturdy. I have brought this to the service dept. Attention on more than one occasion. Their response was, " we've done all we can, we don't know what else to do!" what they did do, ( I assume) is tighten the various nuts and bolts that hold the seat to the chassis. That did not fix the problem. I phoned the Jaguar customer complaint dept. , and advised them of this problem. They told me an area rep will contact me. After many calls, I have yet to hear from anybody. Please help me since I am concerned a loose seat poses a real hazard in the event of a crash.
