Driving down city street(35mph),applied brakes for stop light,seat frame(drivers side) apparently broke in 2 spots almost catapulting me into the back seat,if not for the seat belt.
Trucks rear seats do not come equipped with a head rest. Consumer feels "due to the occupants head not being protected they could sustain serious head injuries if vehicle is involved in an accident". The rear seat back is very low.
