The contact owns a 2007 Jeep Cherokee. The contact stated that when inspecting the vehicle, he noticed that the front driver side tire was wearing excessively from the inside. The vehicle was taken to a dealer and they advised him that the tie rod end had failed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and they offered no assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 50,000.
