I got in a car crash the airbag deployed a was.
Started the vehicle and before we could put it in gear, the airbags in the back seat deployed. I contacted Jeep customer service and was given case # 93132151 and they had it towed to the nearest dealership for diagnosis. Then Jeep refused to pay the diagnostic fee and the dealership won’t do the diagnosis. Our fear is that the vehicle is unsafe to drive as the front airbags could now go off.

I got into a car crash that completely crushed my vehicle and the airbags didn’t deploy at all. Serious injuries were sustained.
I was in an accident severe enough to total the vehicle but none of the many air bags deployed. I rear ended a vehicle on the freeway. I was just concerned since I am unaware what speed I was going at the point of impact. The front of my vehicle was pushed back toward the windsheild pretty far. Unfortunately, I don't have any pictures. I just wanted to express my concerns. We did test the car and there aparently no failure of the air bag system, so maybe no problem.

My vehicle was engaged in active use of cruise control, I had brand new tires, and something happened to the vehicle to where it caused an unsafe push of acceleration and the car lost traction on the road. The vehicle ended up rolling 125 feet off a small drop into a river. None of the airbags deployed despite having 13 points of impact. I had to extricate myself from the submerging vehicle. I the roads were paved with gravel on either side. I was traveling at 55mph, and following the curve of the road.
Service airbag system pops up all the time . Sometimes it's the short wire that gets unplugged if you move your seat or just turns on and you have to replug that cord back . I'm not sure if the airbag will deploy if I get in an accident.
My daughter was stopped at a traffic light and a car hit the truck behind her and pushed it into her and pushed her into the car in front of her. She seen the car coming and not stopping so she hit the brakes hard, so she didn't hit the car in front of her hard. The air bags didn't deploy and she hit her head and sustained a very bad concussion and lost the hearing in her left ear. She hit her head so hard it has a white matter spot on her brain.

The dealer replaced the wiring harness of the air bag and the computer console, but the failure recurred. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 51,000.
Service airbag system light comes on randomly while car is in motion.
The primary safety concern is the rough and erratic shifting between gears. The sluggish and unreliable acceleration and the sudden downshifts are troublesome. I've now been told that I need a new transmission at 12,000 miles.
My Jeep was traveling at 55 mph on a state road when it lost power and had to be steared/coast to the side of the road. Had we been on an interstate this would have caused an accident, injury or death. The dealer claims nothing is wrong with the car and ready to release it to me today 3/29/16 to continue driving as a safe vehicle. In addition, the entire dashboard electronics had to be replaced at 8800 miles, the wiper blades fail, stall, or go off the side frame off the windshield during use causing hazardous driving conditions and reduced visibility, , the key remote fails (not due to dead battery) , the bluetooth reliability is intermittent which nulls the hands-free option for phone use while driving, the front and rear defrost did not work causing reduced visibility while driving in early morning hours and was repaired or replaced at 8800 miles, a rotational squeal was reported at 8800 miles and dealer claimed they could not duplicate. 5 months later, the noise continued. After I wrote them directions and sat with them, they replaced a faulty water pump on 4/21/15. The heat deflector shield and the resonator was replaced on 5/21. The car was towed to the dealer after the recent transmission failure. I will not drive the car again and risk the safety of my family or others.

Recall number - 15v-041 recall number - 15v-461 I am currently leasing this vehicle and have another year left. I have recently contacted yark dealership (who I have leased the vehicle from) in regards to getting a rental due to my safety concerns for me as well as my family. I was told yark would not be able to provide me with a rental and the next available time to bring my vehicle in wouldn?t be until next month. As you are aware this is a major safety issue. Being a mother of three I do not feel safe in this vehicle in the condition it is in and would like to be taken out of this lease ASAP. I have attempted on many occasions to contact 1888. 327. 4236 national hwy traffic safety however no success. I have yet to be able to speak to someone nor receive a call back as stated that I would on the traffic safety device. Please contact me. Thank you.

Reprogram occupant restraint control module- I got a safety recall notice and contacted the service department at interstate Dodge in west monroe and the lady said that the computers were down and she took my name and number and she would call me when the computers come back up. Well that was on March 10,2015 and today is March 25,2015 and no one has yet to call me. This is not the only problem with my vehicle I believe there are two other recalls that need attention. I know everyone is busy but I don't want my vehicle to have mechanical problems and then I'm stuck out in no mans land and this is my only means of transportation so I need my vehicle to go to work. I hope you can help me to get a hole of this dealership and have them contact me.
