Tl the contact owns a 2015 Jeep Cherokee. The contact was informed by the walmart tire center that the lug nuts were defective. The contact was informed that a 19 millimeter socket was used on a normal lug nut, but it did not grasp it properly. The next size up was too big due to the dust on the lug nuts. The contact called hillview motors (located at 5309 us-30 e, greensburg, PA 15601, (724) 858-4809) and notified them of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified. The failure mileage was 85,000.
