The contact owns a 2022 Jeep Cherokee. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the vehicle independently shifted into manual(m) mode without warning. The failure caused the vehicle to hesitate while depressing the accelerator pedal. The contact also stated that the select-terrain traction management system for the 4wd failed to operate as needed.
