2 Air Bag Not Deploy problem

The contact owned a 2007 Jeep Commander. While driving at 55 mph, a tree was in the road that caused the contact to veer off the road and into a ditch. 2007 Jeep Commander. Consumer writes in regards to vehicle air bag did not deploy. The consumer stated her husband was involved in an accident, where he was hit by a train in a residential neighborhood while crossing a railroad track. The train struck the passenger side of the vehicle and according to the police report, the train dragged the vehicle about 100 feet and then flipped it over on its roof onto the street.

The contact owns a 2007 Jeep Commander. The contact stated that while driving at an unknown speed, a train crashed into the rear passenger¿s side of the vehicle. The air bags failed to deploy. We were traveling about 35 miles an hour, the speed limit, at the time of the crash. The driver and passenger air bags failed to deploy. Because of this my passenger and I hit the dash. The front end looked to be totaled.
