Sun Roof problems of the 2007 Jeep Commander

The contact owns a 2007 Jeep Commander. The contact stated that whenever it rained water would leak through the sun roof. The vehicle was in the process of being taken to a dealer to inspect the failure. The manufacturer was notified and offered no assistance. The failure mileage was 37,000. . . . The vehicle was taken to the dealer for diagnosis. The dealer repaired the leak however, did not list the exact repairs. A few months later, the leak recurred. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where they advised that they were unable to locate a leak and advised the contact to call the manufacturer. The vehicle was not further repaired. The failure mileage was 51,000 and the current mileage was 58,000.
